What size harness should I buy for my dog? 
We offer a variety of sizes to accommodate dogs of all breeds. To determine the best size for your dog, we recommend measuring their chest girth (the circumference around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs) and around their neck. There should be enough room to fit two fingers between the harness and your dog’s body. You can refer to our size guide on the product page for detailed instructions and a handy sizing chart to ensure a perfect fit!

How do I measure my dog for a Collar?
Measure around the dog's neck where the collar will sit, which is usually just below the ears and above the shoulders. Keep it snug but not tight- The collar should fit comfortably with enough room for two fingers to slide between the dog’s neck and the tape (this ensures it’s not too tight).

Are your dog harnesses adjustable?
Yes! All of our harnesses are fully adjustable to provide a snug, comfortable fit for your dog. Many of our designs feature multiple adjustment points around the neck and chest, ensuring that the harness can grow with your dog or accommodate changes in weight.

How do I put the harness on my dog?
Our harnesses are easy to put on! Simply:
Slip the harness over your dog’s head, Adjust the straps around the neck and chest for a secure, comfortable fit.
Fasten the buckle and check that the harness is snug but not tight—there should be enough room to fit two fingers between the harness and your dog’s body.

Can I use your harness for walking and training? Yes, our harnesses are great for both daily walks and training! Whether you’re teaching your dog to walk on a leash or just enjoying a stroll, our harnesses offer both comfort and control. If your dog is in training, consider using the D-ring on the front of the harnesses designed to minimize pulling behavior.

Are your harnesses machine washable? Yes, our harnesses are machine washable for your convenience. Simply place the harness in a laundry bag and wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Allow it to air dry to maintain the integrity of the fabric and fastenings.

Express Post: Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days, depending on destination

Depending on the volume of parcels in the system at Australia Post at the time, shipping may take longer over peak periods or to remote locations. This is unfortunately beyond our control.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (Applied automatically at checkout).

Despatch Time:
Orders will be dispached within 1-3 working days (This can be delayed in peak periods, public holidays and sale time). The delivery time frame starts from the day your order is despached.

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping for the UK, USA  and NZ only.
International shipping rates are calculated on check out.  Any taxes and custom fees are to be paid by the receiver. 

Returns:
Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non refundable. All postage costs are at the buyers expense.
